Applying for Admission - 

Westminster offers two methods to apply for admission :  Online or Hardcopy.

Online - Our preferred method is online where you will submit the actual application to us using a secure account powered by Infosnap.  The $75 application fee is payable by credit card.  You will then be directed to print out the required forms that need to be completed and returned to Westminster,  such as teacher recommendations.  You can revisit the site using your secure account to reprint any profile information, required forms or instruction sheets at your leisure.

Note:  Westminster requires parents to initiate the application; therefore, the first online screen you will see upon logging on requests a parent's birthdate to validate age.  Please do not enter your child's birthdate here, you will be prompted to enter child specific information once you get the Infosnap account set up.

Hardcopy - If you would prefer to have an application mailed to you, please complete the inquiry form, which consists of your name, address, child's name, DOB, and the grade to which your child is applying.  Please allow 5 business days to receive the application in the mail.   After reading the material, should you decide to apply online, please feel free to return to this site and click the online link.  Otherwise, please send us the hardcopy application via return mail.

Note: If you are undecided about applying, but would like to learn more about us, please click on the hardcopy link above to be mailed an admissions packet. 

The application process must be completed, including observations and interviews by February 12, 2007.  We must have the application on file before we can offer your child an appointment.    

Westminster Overview:

The student body consists of approximately 1800 boys and girls.  Pre-first is our entry level program; specifically, applicants must be age five before September 1, 2007. 

 In a typical year, the Elementary School (Pre-first - grade 5) has 470 students, the Junior High School (grades 6 - 8) has 550 students, and the High School (grades 9 - 12) has 780 students.  The school expands significantly in grades 6 and 7, and to a lesser extent in grade 9.

Westminster welcomes students representing various racial, ethnic, religious, and economic backgrounds who will bring diversity to the school community from every walk of life.

* Over 12% of students receive financial aid in grades Pre-first- 12.

Tuition for the 2006-07 school year is $14,360 for the Pre-first - 5th grades and $16,820 for 6th - 12th grades. Need based financial aid is available for all students who qualify for admission.
